Both the outer pocket and the secret inside pockets measure approximately 7" x 4" (17.5 x 10 cm)

This fabulously flattering belt sits on the hips and can be adjusted to fit a wide range of shapes sizes.

It is adjustable from 30.5" (approx 77.5 cm) at the smallest and 38.5" (approx 98cm) at the largest.
